Plating barrels and accessories for galvanic systems
Taking full advantage of the know-how of our origins, we have developed an innovative control unit for Progalvano. Compact in size, remotely controllable and upgradable, the PM System allows a complete integrated automation for asynchronous motor and galvanization currents.
The galvanization process is perfected refined and automated by managing the single barrel and through current. With the new control unit, it becomes possible to set different programs and operation speeds, controlling the working process of each individual barrel.
Consumption and machine wear are reduced and, thanks to the specific monitoring system, mechanical and electrical anomalies are managed promptly.
